Start a request
Sign in, open Orders, and tap “Request a return” on the delivered order. Choose a reason and we’ll confirm the next steps with you.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and checked, our team will contact you with the refund or resolution details. Cash-on-delivery refunds are arranged with you directly.
